COVID-19 Cryo Solihull Policy Requirements:

 

You must not attend your appointment if you or anyone in your household have any symptoms of COVID-19.  You must cancel and reschedule your appointment if you have coronavirus and only make your appointment once you have completed your full self isolation period.

Your isolation period includes the day your symptoms started (or the day your test was taken if you do not have symptoms), and the next 10 full days.
Self-isolation means you must stay at home at all times and not have contact with other people, except in very limited circumstances, for example to seek medical assistance.

All Clients must fill in the COVID-19 Risk Assessment forms prior to coming in for their appointment.  This will be updated each time you come in and a record Your isolation period includes the day your symptoms started (or the day your test was taken if you do not have symptoms), and the next 10 full days.

There is a NHS Track and Trace QR code on the treatment room door, please scan this into your phone when you enter the room prior to your treatment starting.

It is essential that these details are kept for 21 days by Cryo Solihull for NHS Test and Trace.

All clients unless you are medically exempt must wear a mask.  Your therapist will be wearing a mask and also all the PPE required for your treatment.

No touch Hand Sanitizer in the treatment room and also hand sanitiser by the shop entrance so please use these.

Please wait in your car until your are sent a text to let you know I am ready to see you.  This avoids the waiting area being too busy with people not being able to social distance.

COVID-19 Cryo Solihull Policy – Ventilation

Ventilation should be used as a control measure to reduce the risk of aerosol transmission of COVID-19 in enclosed spaces. Ventilation will not reduce the risk of droplet or surface transmission, so other control measures such as cleaning and social distancing are also required.

There are 2 windows and a ventilation fan.  The room is aired after each client visit for 15 minutes and also everything in the room is cleaned with antibacterial wipes and sprayed with antibacterial surface cleanser too.

COVID-19 Cryo Solihull Policy Tests and Vaccines

If you have had any of your 2 Covid-19 Vaccines.  You must wait 2 weeks after you have had your injection to have any treatments.

Your therapist at Cryo Solihull is tested regularly as my daughter is at school and parents are required to be tested twice a week.

Your therapist has also had her first Covid-19 Vaccine and will receive the second one is due in June.

Anyone with coronavirus symptoms can get a free NHS test.
