Deep Oscillation Therapy® Solihull
Deep Oscillation Therapy® in Solihull is a 50 Minute massage treatment.
The first 20 minutes is done via the machine.
The way the machine works is by the therapist wears gloves and has got an electrode attached to her ankle and you the client holds onto a probe in your wrist so you are connected to the Deep Oscillation machine.
This treatment is combined with either a 30 Minute massage (Please note pre-blended massage oils are used not individually created ones) or
40 minutes of Deep Oscillation Therapy® and a 10 min light oil massage.
Please note this massage is not a deep pressure massage and all massage treatments are strictly professional only
A question that is asked a lot by new clients is "I have a lot of knots in my shoulder area and will massage help?" One massage cannot help to resolve any tightness or get rid of any knots or tension in any body area as regular sessions are required. Just like one session at the gym or one healthy meal it will not be sufficient, regularity is key.
You can not have this massage if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or have had or have got cancer due to insurance purposes.

Deep Oscillation Therapy Solihull® - How does it work?
The HIVAMAT 200 Evident Deep Oscillation Therapy® Device is designed to generate deep therapeutic oscillations, delivering them into the body tissues to help speed healing, reduce swelling and drain fluids, working towards the lymphatic nodes.
This is a non invasive and non traumatic treatment.
Although it feel's like a light pressure treatment Deep Oscillation Therapy® goes 8cm down into the muscle layers, further enhancing the massage.
Because of it's gentle application it is a unique treatment for acute and chronic injury. It is a nice relaxing treatment and over time with regular sessions it can help with muscle adhesions and muscle tightness too.
As with all therapies regular sessions are required especially in this day and age with work hours increasing and this then affects body posture and stress levels on the rise too - by having regular Deep Oscillation massage therapy sessions you can keep on top of your own wellbeing and also by taking time out this can help reduce stress levels too.
It can help to loosen tight muscles, lymphatic drainage and help with Lymphedema.
Clinically proven effect's include; significant pain reduction, anti-inflammatory, detoxification, and oedema reduction.
It works by enhancing the nutrients returning to the tissue, to promote the natural healing process.
As opposed to externally applied, mechanical forms of massage therapy (e.g. vibration). Deep Oscillation is applied with gloved hands creating biologically effective oscillations in the tissue segment undergoing treatment.
Applied with gentle minimal pressure the therapy works through the entire tissue layers (including the connective tissue of a depth of 8cm) reaching for the core of the affected area.
What can it help with:
This therapy can help to:
- Promote faster healing, help bruising and scarring
- Alleviate pain and swelling, i.e. lymphatic drainage and Lymphedema
- Enhance pre and post operative therapy with anti-oedema lymph draining, and detoxifying properties.
