This therapy is a stop, let go, relax and restore type of treatment, you do not need to undress, wear comfortable clothing and it will be part sitting, part lying down on the treatment couch.

We cannot rewind our life to the past, neither can we see what is going to happen in the future, let alone know what tomorrow brings.

But what we do have is the present as in the where we are now, and we forget to just stop and reflect and just focus on the here and now.

Most of my clients know that I work alongside the client’s lifestyle as a question I get a lot in clinic is “Is one session enough” to help with whatever it is they are looking to receive help with whether that is a condition they are looking to help maintain or a body definition treatment.

My answer is always “I will be seeing you again” as anything I do within my clinic treatment room – consistency is key for maintaining your mind and body health goals.

These sessions are sold as part of a lifestyle –  in the same way I work with my Bodywork clients and my Holistic Health clients the services are on going.  Please note – This is not a buy 6 sessions and you will be fixed approach.

Using all my skills and expertise in various other techniques and therapies I have learnt over the years whatever the mind and body need’s at that particular time – the client will take – no 2 sessions are the same.

Nobody can be hypnotised agains their will power or if you do not wish to be hypnotised – it simply won’t work and you will not be an ideal candidate for these sessions if you do not want to have this therapy or if somebody has sent you for them thinking they will help – only you can book in to have this therapy if you want to have it done – it is not the same as if you are coming just because “your mum/friend/partner” thinks it is what you need – this has to come from you and only you.

The sessions involve a consultation prior to booking in any session(s) this is find out firstly if we are a match and also to find out if you are suitable for this type of hypnosis too.

There is a cost of £10 for a 15 minute consultation – if you choose to go ahead and book within 48 hours of the consultation date – the £10 will come off your appointment balance on the day of your appointment.

Please note these sessions can not be bought as a gift voucher as the person receiving them must want to have them through their own choice as opposed to having them as a gift they do not want.

We carry a lot as human beings and we all have conditions, unresolved issues, ongoing challenges going on – if we start to dig deeper into these they all have reasons, labels, or triggers that set them off, that will crop up now and again and we often think it’s just one thing, whether that is anxiety, stress, anger, resentment, grief, hurt but once we start to unravel the mind and body are holistically connected, and many more factors come into play not just one thing, or condition or issue.

The body holds onto muscular aches and pains which are often held up emotions and the mind is like a filing cabinet – this happened because of this, then led to to x y or z, and so on – hence this why I work like this in my 3D hypnosis sessions.

As I truly believe that we all have the answers deep down, but it’s not as easy as changing your job, cutting out a family member and so on, but what we can do is let go, recharge and allow ourselves to take time out hence the 3D hypnotherapy sessions.

Options as listed below

The 3D Bronze Hypnotherapy session is 90 minutes long at £90 per session this includes 30 minutes of talking this is just letting go of whatever it is you need to at this moment in time (this is not a counselling session) and I will not be giving you the answers you seek or offering you advice – then you will be given a Reiki induced hypnosis session which is deeply relaxing and energy healing induced.

Each time you have a session of the above it will be different to your previous session as you will be at a different stage on that moment.

The 3D Silver Hypnotherapy session is all the above but longer 2 hours £120 in time and includes a deeper hypnotherapy technique for the extra half an hour which still aligns with all the above – instead we focus on a chosen word like “stress management” “relaxing” “letting go off –”  at that moment in time.

The 3D Gold Hypnotherapy session £150 is all that the Silver one includes but for a longer time of 2.5 hours – including a longer Hypnotherapy/Reiki session with an added hypnosis technique(s).

Private mobile session’s are available too on request  – please note travel expenses are added on top and these are charged at an extra cost too (Mainly on a daily rate).
