Localised Fat Freezing with Kassen Life and CryoSkin 3.0 at Cryo Solihull
Localised Fat Freezing Cryo Solhull
Localised Fat Freeze with KassenLife causes thermal shock to the affected area due to its ability to spray Co2 at -78C under 50bar pressure, cooling the treatment area locally.
The affected area will be exposed to 90 second blasts using a freeze thaw technique.
The treatments are powered by cold temperatures – a treatment used to destroy fat cells by freezing within the temperature range of +5 to -4 ˚C.
The cold treatment causes apoptosis or cell death of subcutaneous fat tissues, which is the process used with the CryoSkin 3.0 machine.
Please note that CryoSlimming is forbidden on the breasts and on the face.
Pricing is area size dependant and based on the individual area.
Please note that with the CryoSkin 3.0 for Slimming sessions only an A5 sized area is worked upon.
The CryoSkin 3.0 treatments are powered cold temperature – this is a cold treatment used to destroy fat cells by cooling them down causing apoptosis which is the cell death of subcutaneous fat tissue.
Your therapist will explain the difference between all the treatments on offer and will sometimes recommend more than one treatment i.e. An EMS or Pressotherapy/lymphatic drainage (which is needed on a regular basis) sessions or sometimes all of them in conjunction with CryoSlimming or CryoToning sessions to help you achieve the best outcome for you.
*And please note top up sessions are required*
Sometimes clients want a “Quick Fix” but in reality the work has to be done on the inside before working on the outside of the body meaning the water intake has to be increased or a certain body part needs more toning or the bodies lymphatic system needs to be in full working order hence why at Cryo Solihull these sessions are sold as a Lifestyle rather than a one off package.
Please note that CryoSlimming is a technique to reduce localised body fat to loose centimetres. It is not a solution to loose weight.
It is possible with the CryoSkin 3.0 to do a CryoSlimming treatment every 2 weeks due to the different methods in treatment and the time necessary for the kidneys to eliminate waste – and with the Kassen Life weekly sessions.
Only one body zone is worked on per time i.e Stomach area for 6/12 sessions then you can move on to a different body zone.
It is necessary to avoid eating sugar (including carbs) 4 hours before and 2 hours after the treatment as sugar gives energy to fat cells which are then more resistant to the treatment.
Please do not put any fragranced products on the treatment area i.e. shower gels/lotions/ in the treatment area prior to your session.
For CryoFacials the skin must be product/make up free.
After the treatment it is recommended to drink a lot of water to drain the waste.
Clients must follow a healthy diet and good exercise regime in order to maintain any results, please note results vary from client to client due to the fact that everyone’s metabolism is different.
Ladies need to bear in mind that hormones can play a big part in weight fluctuations and cause bloating – hence having the Pressotherapy / Lymphatic Drainage sessions alongside treatments to further enhance results and on a regular ongoing basis. And also depending on the type of fat the treatment plan may need to be adapted to have these sessions first before any of the above treatments Liquid Lipo @ Cryo Solihull

And by totally understanding what my therapist has told me in regards to having a healthy diet, exercise regime.
Also I understand that these treatments are 80% client based in terms of me being responsible for my own water intake, quality sleep and reduced stress levels as well as restricting sugar and alcohol intake as these all contribute towards the outcome off these sessions.
My therapist has made me aware that there is a treatment called Pressotherapy/Lymphatic Drainage and EMS sessions should I need these in conjunction with the treatments in having to further enhance the results of the said body part.
And my therapist has also made me aware that here at Cryo Solihull these treatments are sold as a lifestyle rather than a one off solution.
Due to the fact that lifestyle/diet and stress levels change and top ups will be required.
I understand that the results are not guaranteed or promised and no refunds are given, and that I must do my part by eating clean and healthy food, exercising, drinking at least 2 litres of water daily, avoiding alcohol, and reducing my sugar intake as well as getting good quality sleep and reducing my stress levels too for my body to achieve the best possible results.
Paradoxical Adipose Hyperplasia (PAH) – Is a rare adverse effect of cryolipolysis.
PAh is reported at a rate of incidence 0.0051% of the 1.5 million coolscuplting procedures performed worldwide – please note Kassen Life and Cryoskin 3.0 are hand held devices not suction based with cups as used in coolsculpting.
PAH causes a gradual enlargement of the treated area.
It occurs when the stimulus (the freezing of fat cells) activates a recoratinary process in the fatty tissue that thickens and expands the fat cells rather than breaking them down and allowing the body to process and remove them.
PAH is only known to occur following a crylipolysis (very rare with the above methods used) or coolsculpting body countering treatment.
PAH typically cannot be confirmed until about 6 months post-procedure, with patients complaining that they are getting bigger in the exact shape of the applicator (no applicators are used with the above methods).
These devices are hand held and are 2 off the safest in body contouring.
What is an ice burn caused by frosting? Localised Fat Freezing Cryo Solihull
An ice burn is an injury that can happen when ice or other cold things contact and damage your skin. I
ce burns usually occur after prolonged exposure to freezing or below-freezing temperatures. For example, if you apply a cold pack directly to your skin, you might get an ice burn.
What are the symptoms of an ice burn?
An ice burn often looks like other types of burns, such as sunburns. You might notice a change in the colour of the affected skin, for example it might appear bright red.
It might also turn a white or yellowish-grey colour. Other potential symptoms include:
- Numbness * Itchiness * Tingly feeling *Pain *Blisters *Unusually firm or waxy skin
What causes ice burn?
An ice burn occurs when your skin comes into direct contact with ice or something else that’s very cold for an extended period of time.
Ice or cold packs that are used to treat sore muscles and injuries can cause ice burns if you press them directly against your bare skin.
Prolonged contact with snow, cold weather , or high-velocity winds can also cause ice burns.
What are the risk factors for ice burns?
You may be at higher risk of ice burns and other cold-induced injuries if you spend a lot of time in cold conditions or high-velocity winds and don’t dress appropriately for those conditions. Lifestyle habits and conditions that negatively affect your circulation or ability to detect injuries can also raise your risk of ice burns.
For example, you are at heightened risk if you: * Smoke * Take medications that decrease blood flow to your skin ,such as beta-blockers *Have diabetes, peripheral vascular disease, or other conditions that impartial your circulation * Have peripheral neuropathy or other conditions that lower your ability to detect injuries – due to their fragile skin, younger children and older people are also at higher risk of developing ice burns. Or if you are taking Steroids.
How are ice burns diagnosed?
If you think you might be getting an ice burn, remove the source of cold immediately and take steps to gradually warm your skin up.
Seek medical help right away if you are experiencing any of the following: * Your skin remains numb and doesn’t begin to burn or tingle as it warms up. * Your skin is white and doesn’t regain a pinkish complexion as it warms up. * Your skin is white, cold and hard when you touch it.
These may be symptoms of severe tissue damage that requires treatment.
You might also need medical attention if you develop blisters on a large area of skin. Your doctor will examine the affected area to determine an appropriate treatment plan.
How are ice burns treated?
To treat an ice burn, remove the source of cold and slowly warm your skin to bring it back to its normal temperature. To warm your skin: *Soak the affected area in warm water for 20 minutes. The water should be around 104ºF (40°C) and no more than 108°F (42.2°C). * Repeat the soaking process if needed, taking 20-minute breaks between each soak. * Apply warm compress or blankets, in addition to the warm-water treatments. *Be carful not to use too much heat. That can make the burn worse.
If you develop blisters or an open wound, clean the area and bandage it to help keep it free from dirt or germs. Use gauze that won’t stick to your skin. It may also help to apply a soothing ointment to the affected area (get the pharmacist to recommend one). To relieve pain, consider taking over the counter pain relievers (again ask a pharmacist for advice).
Once your skin begins to heal you may apply aloe vera to help ease discomfort.
Seek medical attention if you develop signs of severe tissue damage, such as skin that remains white, numb, cold or hard after you try to warm it. Your doctor might prescribe medications, remove damaged tissue, or recommend other treatments options.
You should also contact your doctor if you develop symptoms of an infection such as changes to the colour of your burn, pus or greenish discharge, or fever. Your doctor might prescribe antibiotics or other treatments.
What is the outlook for ice burns?
Depending on the severity of your burn, it could take a few days or even weeks to heal. You might have a scar afterward.
In rare cases, your doctor might need to surgically amputate damaged tissues.
But in most cases, you can expect a full recovery. To help the healing process, keep the burned area away from ice and keep it covered in the sun.
This disclosure is not intended to alarm you but is rather an effort to properly inform you so that you may give or withhold your consent.
All the above information is provided for client safety as well as a full consultation prior to booking any of the above treatments – please note at Cryo Solihull the therapist needs to see and asses the body area and your lifestyle prior to booking your treatments.
These sessions are not the answer to weight loss as the client must be within their ideal weight spectrum and also have done isolated area exercises with definition in the said area i.e. Arms biceps and triceps.
I get asked is one session enough and will I see results – the answer to this is no because treatments are 80% client reliant – if you was to join a gym and go for one session you would not develop a six pack in one workout hence why ongoing sessions are required.
Also late booking as in a day before a friends wedding or a week before your holiday is not going to get “quick fix results”. As the saying goes Summer Bodies are made in the Winter.
Work backwards from your wedding or a special birthday or your ideal holiday body. Incorporate a personal trainer a healthy diet specialist into your lifestyle goals.
If you wish to work on mindset and have Holistic Hypnotherapy alongside these sessions then these can also be booked in here at Cryo Solihull.
Please note these treatments are non-invasive and non-surgical.
