How long will the treatment session's last?

The timing for each session is on the description of the treatment for each session - this timing all includes a update on the consult / if it is your first session arrive 10 minutes so that the consult can be discussed / dressing / undressing time  - please note if you are late the time will be deducted from your session time as the appointment time has been allocated for you - if your therapist is running late you will be informed and the full session time will be given, no shows will be charged in all and a non refundable booking fee and consent is required upon booking.

Where do I park?

There is free unlimited parking spaces outside PMJ house, and on the side the turning before Amy's cafe there are many free parking bays there too, sometimes there is also street parking available as well.  The post code is B90 4ND - if it is your first time please allow extra time to travel and to find the building that way you can arrive relaxed and ready.  If you are running late please inform us by call/text.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing as much as possible, for post operative manual lymphatic drainage you will be required to undress, and for pressotherapy cotton clothing and socks are required.

What will the treatment room be like?

Cryo Solihull is set in an office style building with a buzzer on the front door, please send a text message to say you have arrived to be greeted at reception, there are 2 flights of stairs (not steep) three is no lift access, and it is one person at a time only, no pets or no children policy due to insurance.  The room is private and it will be just the client and therapist at any one time, and there are several businesses within the same building.  The room will be set up to the session i.e. bright lights no music for waxing, or dimmed lights, calm music for massage.

How do I book in?

Please check suitability for each session prior to booking i.e. if you have heart/liver/kidney conditions then only Reiki is suitable - or if you do not declare you could have or have got lymphedema (for which your therapist is not trained to treat as you will need self care techniques to do at home as well as treatment pathways for the lymph and decongestive compression therapy need to be included).  The insurance does not cover pregnancy, trying to get pregnant, cancer patients, some other medical conditions that cannot be treated - everything must be updated and included as if you turn up on the day and then declare something that has not been filled in on the form - the booking fee will be retained and the cancellation charge will apply due to incorrect information diagnosis.

When do I pay and how do I pay?

The booking system will take a non refundable booking fee, you can choose to pay in full also - 48 hours cancellation policy applies please reschedule your appointment within this time frame up to three attempts can be made only - the balance can be paid in house via apple/samsung debit or credit card (except American Express) or only the correct amount via cash on the day.

Are there facilities such as drinking water or a toilet?

There are both male and female toilet facilities, on site, please bring your drinking water with you.

Can I have my session then discuss different therapies whilst I am there?

Each treatment is individual and the time allocated is for that slot only, if for example you have a Reflexology session and want a Body consultation book the Body Consultation first then the Reflexology on the same day with them being one after the other, or the mind consultation for 3D Hypnosis that way the full time can be given to you rather than having a 55 minute Reflexology session and 20 minutes of that being a consultation talk for another therapy

How soon will I get/see results?

Anything you book in for will be working alongside your existing lifestyle taking into account your mind body emotional and physical health as well as your stress levels, eating/drinking habits and work and home environment, there are no quick fixes, overnight promises or guarantees here at Cryo Solihull, if you have had x y or z condition or aliments for 5, 10 or 2o years having any therapy here will not fix that as it now requires ongoing maintenance - because there are no permanent fixes here at Cryo Solihull your mind and body will take away what is needed at that given time you have your session.  Your life changes daily, your body and mind change daily, if you only come every month for a maintenance top up your holistic health will be at a different stage each time.  If you are searching for a one session fixes then it is not the right fit for you.

Every three months in any year, will be different, for each client, everybody's body make up and mindset are different, no 2 bodies are the same find the right fit holistically for you whether that is here at Cryo Solihull or another place that suits your lifestyle - please only book in if you are booking session's around your lifestyle to maintain it knowing that top up's and routine is required to help you holistically with whatever you book in for.

Evening appointments are also available, these must be pre booked in advance.

Please note all body sculpt/3D hypnosis session's booking's require a consultation prior to booking in treatments.  These are seperate paid consultation slots only (no treatment's are done within these slots)

Liquid Lipo wraps and Pressotherapy - (this is not manual lymphatic drainage) sessions may be needed in conjunction to enhance your bodywork journey - alongside Ultrasound Cavitation and body Radio Frequency treatments - top up's will be required.

**These treatments are not an answer to weight loss and you must follow a good diet and exercise regime to see desired results.  

If you are taking any weight loss injections or medication prescribed or unprescribed then please check suitability for session's via a consult.
