If you text or call us with your enquiry we will reply as soon as we can.
Please note that during treatment work hours the phone is on silent.
Please leave a voicemail with your full name, the treatment you would like to book in for. And if you require a morning/daytime/evening or a Saturday slot.
Also if you require a receipt for your treatment for your health insurance cash plan, then please let us know in advance. We will need your full name and full address including the post code. A receipt will be provided with all our details on, and we will give this to your at your appointment.

Payment can be made before the treatment starts by credit or debit card except for American Express. If you wish to pay by cash - please bring in the exact amount in an envelope. We do not keep any cash on the premises.
You can also pay by Bacs transfer too. We can provide these details to you prior to your appointment. Once we have received your Bacs payment your appointment will be confirmed via text or email.
All emails and messages/phone calls/texts will be answered the next working day if sent in the evening or on a Sunday/Monday.

Please note we have a strict 48 hours cancellation policy.
24 hours or less half the treatment cost will be charged. 24 hours or more the full cost will be charged for the session. All clients must agree to this before commencing any business with Cryo Solihull.
All appointments must be booked in advance, especially Massage and Waxing bookings as these slots get booked up in advance.
At Cryo Solihull we only provide a Strictly Professional Service.
Free Parking for 1 hour is available in the bays outside the shop and for longer at the side of the shop. Please allow extra time to park your car as it can get busy during the day. This avoids you being late for your treatment as appointments are allocated on a time specific basis.
