Merry Christmas and Happy New Year – Hello Everyone

Another year is almost over – just like that we are heading into Christmas and the new year will soon be upon us!  I think each year goes by faster and faster

I want to send a big thank you to all my clients, new current and ones that I have not seen for a while too.  Plus ones I am yet to meet.  I really appreciate all of you for supporting my little business it mean’s a lot to me.  And it is an honour to watch how your children, pets, partners all go through life and being part of your healing journey is just a wonderful feeling.

Running a business especially being self employed comes with a lot of work in the actual treatment room and beyond that.  But I would not have it any other way!

I love my new working space and so glad I made the move, and really appreciate everyone that followed me too.

Cryo Solihull will be closing on Friday 22nd December until 2nd January 2024.

I am going to be spending quality family time with my lovely family,

This time of year gives us time to reflect on the year just gone by, and as much as we get happy, sad, or testing times there is always a silver lining out there that keeps us going.

The important thing is to move forward at your own pace, life is not a race, do what you are able to each day – it doesn’t have to be a big goal, lots of mini goals are better to accomplish than say 3 big ones.

I hope that you all have a wonderful and well deserved break and rest in this festive period and see you on the other side in 2024.
